For many of my clients they are experiencing an emotional loneliness that is especially noticeable during times of grief and loss. Whether your loss includes losing a loved one, an unsatisfying relationship, moving away from your community, experiencing health challenges or coping with how your child is doing in school. 

If you are looking for therapy for yourself or a loved one it is likely that you find yourself stuck in a pattern that is not serving you (or your child) in your relationships, emotionally or occupationally (children may have issues at school). You may also be in an incredibly hard situation where you notice you feel you or your child are in crisis and are ready to reach out for help and healing.

Together we will find a path forward with hope and healing. I also specialize in treating youth whether they want to sit and talk or do not want to sit at all!
