• When do you have availability?

I am currently able to fit clients in within 1-2 weeks of you reaching out until my caseload is full. I currently have openings on Wednesdays, Saturdays and can triage appointments during the week as needed for current clients. I have more flexibility and openings outside of regular K-12 school calendar days as I also work as a school-based therapist at a school a few days a week.

• Do you work with Health Insurance?

Yes: I am in-network with Aetna. I expect to be in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield in October. I am in the process of getting on several more insurance panels to include Healthy Blue of NC and Certified Tricare Out of Network (out of pocket cost with Tricare OON can be surprisingly lower than an in-network co-pay!). I can also provide a superbill to help with reimbursement for insurances that are out of network. Please reach out with any questions. I'm happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable.

• What if I don’t want to use insurance?

Cash Pay rate is $125.00 per session

• What is the fastest way to get scheduled?

You can complete the HIPAA compliant form below and let me know if you consent to texting and if it is ok to call and leave a voicemail. If you consent to texting, it can assist us in arranging a time for a 15-minute phone call. I also have electronic forms that only take a few minutes to complete as part of the intake process.
